The technique demonstrated in this study is an implant site preservation with absorbable bone graft to not only maintain alveolar bone anatomy but also improve bone quality for the long-term stability and success of implant therapy. It was concluded that ridge preservation procedures are effective in limiting horizontal and vertical ridge alterations in post extraction sites. The researchers used OSSIXTM Bone in this study.
